This website has no form and does not load your ROSS account or matter information. Its host, OpenAI ChatGPT Sites, may process IP addresses, request details, security information, and other data needed to provide the site under its terms.

The hosted app handles account details, settings, API keys you supply, projects, prompts, files, generated work, legal-source searches, connected-service data, security records, and support messages. Use is limited to verified accounts.

When you use an AI model, legal source, or other connected service, ROSS sends the relevant prompt, file, context, or request to that service so it can perform the task. The service may retain, use, train on, secure, review, or disclose information under its own terms and settings. Confidential or privileged use is at your own risk; you are responsible for choosing suitable providers and settings.

Supabase provides sign-in, database, file storage, and account email from Canada Central. Fly.io runs the app in Toronto. AI providers, legal sources, connected services, GitHub, website hosting, email, and support may handle information outside Canada under their own terms.

Account and app records remain until you delete them or delete the account. Files marked for deletion or rejected by the final security scan are removed from storage within 24 hours. File deletion is permanent. The free database plan has no automatic daily backup; any manual recovery copy is temporary and removed within seven days. Keep your own copies. ROSS may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.
